Can you claim self-defense if you kill time?

Why would you even want to kill time?  Except to chill.

Anyone know how to stop time dead or even reverse it?

It's not so much killing time as wasting time.  Sometimes there is so much going on that it's hard to commit to a new game, new topic or new friends.    

I don't want to kill time, though I do like to waste it.
