Knights are jerks

Why do I have so much trouble with Knights? My last game on here I captured this idiots Queen and still lost! Seems like he either cheated or the Knight took steroids and crushed me..Any advice on how to stop the madness? Thanks in advance!

Maybe he/her was just baffled and disappointed of him/herself. Can happen and understanding is a virtue. Peace.

Amazing, here on this site there are no bad players - only opponents who are "idiots" and "cheaters"

Try to prevent knights jump. They are good causing double threats, and they can threat queen without been able queen to capture them

   Yes pikelemi, also there are no good players, only idiots and cheats. However I believe there are more of the former than the latter.

You are a very hard marker. But his title is not all that great.

Knights ARE very tricky, and his opponent's were rampant. 

 I ran CAPS over the game, and it had plenty of interesting things to say, but it did take a while to say it. His opponent was very good with the knights, but a bit weak with the Queen, and The OP missed a few mates earlier, which gave the opponents Knight the chance to shine.

The knight was like the Ultimate Warrior in his prime,just ran me over after I got the idiots queen!

I think this dude was a complete idiot and I just fell asleep after getting the queen, Wich he may not have used an engine,but he obviously had extra help of some sort..Played like garbage than suddenly hes the chess version of the Dark Knight, just crushed me using his gadgets and buddies I assume..Trust me guys, I know a lot and I woulda seen mate if it were there.Seriously, dude was getting help,realizing he was gonna lose and knowing that he used steroids, just like Lance Armstrong and The Ultimate Warrior would, any great cheater would know they are garbage and resort to cheating when the times right...

After a game full of blunders, he's the hero we deserve, but not the one we need right now (to paraphrase the line from the move).

 You simply thought that your advantage was so big that you could get away with any move you played. But you let him move his knight 8 or so times in a row, taking material almost every time. His knight moves & forks weren't that difficult to find, and not difficult to defend against. Advantage is what causes many losses for beginners, as they just blunder and make random moves and give random checks. (me 2 I'm not even good at chess!)

Also, why do you call a person who defeated you an idiot???

And whom did you play that led you to create this forum?....I dunno how to post the game, but it was played on 07/17/  It was my lone loss that day btw..As you can see the Dark Knight was Ingested with a massive amount of steroids, I assume the guy knew he was gonna be crushed and resorted to an engine perhaps..
