Vesselin Topalov
Kramnik or Anad? Who do you think is better?
I think that they are all so much better than me it would churlish to judge!
However in terms of style I've learnt more looking at the games of Topalov and Anand than I have from Kramnik. So for my money: Anand>Topalov>Kramnik.
However, note that this is based on my preference rather than any objective measure of strength. Maybe Kramnik is so far beyond me that I just don't get him!
Fischer was superior to any of them. As was Akiba Rubenstien when in his prime! Chess has advanced so much since the days of Alekhine,Lasker,Capablanca ,Pillsbury, Charousek,Spielmann, Marcozy Frank Marshall,Paul Keres ,Rueben Fine.
The greatest that never became world champion are Akiba Rubenstien Paul Keres , David Bronstien and Rueben Fine. Perhaps Bronstien even rates higher than any of them even higher than Akiba! --SIXGUNS
Kramnik is only superior to Anand in his absolute refusal to yield to defeat. He has that in common with the greatest ever Robert Fischer!

Kramnik
I like Anand until you put him next to Kramnik. The chess world should count his blessing when these two square off next year--it will be a battle reminiscent of Tal-Botvinnik 1960.

Topalov has no right to anything until he fires his manager; Danailov brings disrepute to chess.

Personally I would be happy with either holding the crown; they are both excellent players. As for who I beleive will win? Kramnik has proved his ability in matches; his style suits them perfectly, so I beleive he will win the match. I can't wait for that match, it will be exciting. Plus, Kramnik's style is very similar to my own, so I'm sure to learn a lot just by watching his games.
I also think Kramnik deserves to hold the title at least for a little while after what happened in Elista. As for the issue with Topalov? I believe what happened in Elista was unacceptable, however I don't know how much of it was his manager and how much of it was him, so I will withhold opinion.

Despite your anger to Danailov, Topalov does has the right to a rematch. And i m sure playing at home he will recover the title.
