I've often wondered about the criticisms of this site. If you're not a paying member what gives you the right to criticise? If you are a paying member, have you directed your complaints to the help section? They've been extraordinarily responsive ro any problems or questions I've had. Again and again, kudos to chess.com !

I've only been a member of chess.com for 6 months and I think it is an exceptional site. I've played chess with people from all around the world, some more competitive than others, but we all have to start somewhere. I've yet to pay a dime for all the games I've played and the return on my zero dollar investment has been incredible. When the budget allows, I'll become a paying member.
