iam very satisfied with my performance so far

i have never played otb

and never played more than 5 min online

iam just playing blitz

and i become very good

i just have won a tough tournament against 12 players

and this is the game against the fide master

http://www.chess.com/livechess/game.html?id=239425085

what i want to say is that

blitz improve ur chess = yes

3 years is enough to be a class a player= yes

3 years is enough t0 beat a fide master= yes

TheMouse2

Maybe you can beat a fide master in a 3 minute game, but play him in an otb game at normal time controls and he will beat you easily.

Playing blitz chess improves your blitz chess, but it does not improve your slow chess much.

FYI I have beaten Vishy Anand in a blitz game, and Judit Polgar quite a few times- but even 5-minutes blitz is not chess, so this means nothing at all.

prove that u have beaten anand in blitz game or polgar

i dont believe u

The blitz game with Anand was on the first round of the pre-Olympic blitz tournament in the 1984 Thessaloniki Olympiad. For the record, Anand continued with six straight wins and was joint first, together with the (then) IM's Johanssson and Izeta Txabarri... :P (I had lost against both of them at rounds 4 and 7 respectively, and finished one point behind the leaders).

Thw win against Judit was broad (9:3) but not really important, because Jutka was very young by then (it was back in 1985 at Gyongyos, Hungary). Still, the little beast was mercilessly beating several Yugoslav self-proclaimed "blitz-experts".

this win against anand was  because he ran out of time , or u outplayed him as i did with this fide master??

and if winning against -strong player in blitz is a normal thing and any one can do it

why in blitz tournaments like tal-blitz

why IM got crushed by gm

and i read before that

good blitz players are  always good otb players

there is no 2000 rated blitz players here on chess.com

arent rated the same usfc

may be lower 100 points

Most certainly a troll, and a poor one at that. Get back under your bridge pal

Vishy blundered a rook (while being short on time), and resigned. I blundered my king against Izeta (did not notice he was checking me) in the last round, and lost, according to the rules of blitz. There is nothing strange about such blunders in blitz.

And- even internet blitz is quite different from OTB blitz, there are many factors that change.

why dont u play blitz in this site ? i checked ur profile

bigryoung

why did you need two queens to mate him? other than that, good game

@ OP.  and since i havent ranked yet otb

i will play under 1200 section

It generally doesn't work that way -- unrateds do not play in the lowest section (precisely to avoid having strong unrated ringers crashing the party). Unrateds generally either can't win cash prizes or have to play in the strongest open category.  If you really want some easy money and believe you are around 1900 elo... you need to sandbag approx 20 rated games, get a rating under 1200, and then cash in. Of course that's sort of a low-life unethical thing to do. But if you don't have a lot of self-respect it might be just the thing.

After a 10 month hiatus, the OP is back at it.

Provoking the membership with his hubris.  What's up with your lack of capital letters, dude?

His last attack was how the Chess.com "fake rating system" incorrectly measured his chess prowess.  BFD.

Nixeh

Either a troll or delusional. If it's the latter, let him find out the hard way.

In my experience thinking about how good you are is a sure fire way to get a reality check.

waffllemaster

Nope.  If you played in tournaments you'd know why 3 minute games don't matter.  Not that you're a beginner!  But you're just as far from a master Tongue out

UnratedGamesOnly

sonofegypt89 as long as youre proud of the acheivement that is what counts.  But trying to get others as pumped up about it smacks of conceit.
