What 4 GPU were used and which 88 cores? and why handicap Stockfish?

As for why 10%, it's because this was only a test game. A lot of hardware was changed this season, and several engines were disqualified or modified due to issues discovered during testing. Having SF play at 10% speeds up testing since it barely uses any time.
