Usually it means they've disconnected. i.e. their internet connection is not very good. Some people probably disconect to cheat, some cheat while connected the whole time, there's no relationship between disconnecting and cheating on the whole. You don't have to disconnect to play multiple games either, in fact I'm not sure it's even possible to be playing two games at once without being connected in both games at the same time.

What does it mean when a player has "left the chat" or "disconnected", and why do they do that????? Are they playing multiple games, using another computer to win your game, or what?
