IMO yitzd, what you say is not the law. The position seems absurdly easy to reach many different ways, not sure why someone would be bothered to prove it for you if you don't want to yourself.
(both sides move existing pawns, king, rooks, queen into end position then take time to lose extra pieces except 2 pawns that get promoted to queen and rook and then move the last queen, rook, knight into position)
