Before your post is deleted, you should know that you are not allowed to make accusatory posts here in the forum. It doesn't matter if your opponent already made such a post in his blog.
The only place to make such an accusation is in a contact email to support. I doubt either of you is actually using a computer to cheat but you can make the accusation if you must. It probably will not result in any action by chess.com because if someone were using a computer, his or her rating would be far above where either of yours are now.
But really, you guys should just grow up.
