I've heard great things about him as well - lessons with personalized program and video recordings are around 50-60/hour, which is far less than what a lot of other masters charge, and for players under master level, a player of Lilov's level is all they need as a coach.
I recommend the videos of Valeri Lilov. They can be found on YouTube. They are most interesting and helpful because they cover important topics. They are understandable by beginners and intermediate players so if you are interested in learning chess ideas I suggest you check out Lilov's channel.
