The chess game on my phone doesn't recognise this either. In fact, it doesn't recognise draws at all.

Little Chess Partner had me on the ropes in the end game as usual, but I thought I had managed a draw after he put me in check using the same three moves consecutively. My king and his rook could've danced all night. Am I missing something?
