supercornymoves of usa ... I need practice a few games ... i recommend you play chess, forget chimes ... you will hear chimes when you get to my level/rating ... they are very pretty and wonderful sounding to which you will not have need to ask which chimes ... for when you hear them and someday you will ... they will be music to your eyes ... now forgive me but i need get back to my chimes of well earned over the years

You can load multiple PGNs and switch between them. For themes, just what the site has as options, though that most likely doesn't impact students. I already answered no guests.
If those are features needed by a coach, the should create a suggestion ticket under Help > Make a Suggestion

@USA-Elephant, have you tried Classroom since yesterday? There were a lot of updates a little over a week ago that may have fixed some things you had seen in the past.

And yes the concept is cute of video / cam etc however it may come in handy if zoom breaks or something but it will "never" replace zoom .. you see zoom has so many tools and features its not funny ... but one main one i use huge is the data report ... i can once a month run a report and see all students attend and all one/one students etc etc ... its very clean and helps huge! ... however!! YET! zoom show them attended ... now that a huge issue I could bill someone for wrong manner
Next ... watch this while the data is good and thank goodness i am in tech so i can work data ... but get this ... zoom attendance will pull not every person but their connection drop and as well back in ... that means yes you guessed it ... every single class i have over three times the same student i have to parse data etc ... so you say no biggy ... just dup check it ... oh yeah?
... you ever dup check students who like to call them self's monster man chess / sam and change it ten minutes later ... 
good thing is i know all my students and can work the data nicely ... however it is a little bit of a pain ... and thus lately working new software which is very very sharp that takes not only attendance for me but so many other cool factors towards assignments, grades, new feeds i post their games and more ... its really cool software
ok anyway if zoom broke the cam / vid could be nice for some ... but zoom you cannot replace ... you simply cannot replace except in person which is key too but the pandemic slowed that down a bit but well get back into it ... as even for me ... playing on line kind of mess my hand eye coordination to the live in person on board ... you need to do both ~
