Bug Report, you should also specify the game to them. I don't think that it matters much though because the new Live Chess is meant to be coming out soon and will hopefully fix problems like this.

Not sure, as far as I was aware it was meant to be out already but it isn't yet. You can see the test version at www.chess.com/live though, which I think is quite nice.

Thanks! I hope it comes out really soon, but apparently there are more issues than initially expected...
While I was playing Live Chess the opponent when castled, the king was placed on my Rook at the bottom. I was playing white. The opponent played 0-0-0 and on castling the king was positioned on c1 where my rook was there. And I could not move my Rook. When I clicked on C1, the wrongly placed Opponent King was caught on the mouse and I could not place it anywhere on the board. Looks like a Flashplayer problem to me. After one or two other moves, I discovered that it could be set right by flipping the board by clicking in the control panel. And after that everything was all right. The net result I lost the game.
