You may have been addressing someone else but you were talking about me so I think it's perfectly understandable that I might feel obliged to weigh in, but then you seem to have my motivations for posting in these forums all mapped out so I'm sure you knew this.
Frankly I find your presumption to know why I post when I post humorous -- it really does serve to highlight your arrogance. I'm done co-hijacking this thread -- you can feel free to continue to malign me in a one-sided conversation if you'd like.

By which I assume you mean the position in post 14, not 11 since your post 12 clearly illustrates that post 11's position is legally reachable. I don't see any reason the position in post 14 wouldn't be legally reachable, it's just not very likely to be reached.

Again, I didn't say that you weren't allowed to weigh in, I said my post was not aimed at getting a rise out of you....who is doing the mapping out of whose motivations??

I have been on this site for what must be close to a year now, and I stand by what I said. If one has been "discredited" by him like you have it was certainly justified.

Suggo, if you are so annoyed with Grobe's continuous condenscneding tone, I would of thought you would have found my direct insulting style quite refreshing.
Relax, I'm only kidding, its opening day for the NFL and I have a lot of couch to get to know.

I know you didn't, but it has happened and justifiably so. That's what I was referring to. It would seem what one says and what one decides they say are two different things around here. 
Ok, I'll admit like a lot of us on here when someone is being a bit of an ass he'll probably have a harsh word or two to say to them. If you don't like it however you could be setting a better example yourself!

I wasn't actually addressing you in my post above but more sharing with Nuclear as to where my pov comes from...so the intent to get a rise out of you is your assumption, and yours alone. Also in this thread I was simply pointing out how very condescending you are to some others within these forums. I did not claim that you have targeted me in any way, so your assertion that I have claimed to be persecuted is also unfounded.
My post still stands as far as I am concerned. You like to debate, but your decision to enter into certain debates depends upon who is debating rather than the topic at hand, as I have said in my post above you do not come into a debate on the opposite side of anyone you have any sort of allegiance with if they are debating against someone you 'dislike'. I have also seen you on many occasion positively acknowledge others pov, but this again seems to depend upon who the other is.
Grobe, maybe you should go away and really have a long hard think about this, a bit of "self reflection" if you like, it might do you some good!
