there's no such thing as a "chess video lecture maker" you just need a chess gui, and a screen capturing program.

I want to make chess lectures using a chess lecture program, and I am willing to forgo some attributes. Here is a list of the attributes I would like in order of importance.
1) Offline!!
2) PGN reader and saver needed with the ability to make comments.
3) Variations/Threats animations would be nice.
4) Video/but will settle for audio/but will settle for text in that order.
I have Chessbase. Does it do any of the things I mentioned (particularly the animations)? Thanks in advance, guys!
