Looking Over Games

How many games do some of the best chess players look over on the daily basis? Do Looking Over games help me start making good moves, whats  the best way to look over games and get something from them to add to your game

Looking over games is not only great fun, but will teach you a lot. But beware, modern GM games are quite obscure if you aren't an experienced player yourself. I'd start looking at the older games, not only they are great to re-live on a board they are easier to understand. There are some nice books with a good selection of games comented if you don't know anyone to help you.

But take your time. Don't just rush through the game.

Do you see moves you can make when looking at games
