Loook at this **** game I blundered I dont understand

in this game i made the stupidest move ever literally giving this guy the game and it was horse shit because i feel like the worst player in the game of chess after losing this game and it makes me want to quit i study tactics and i play quite often maybe 8 hours a day when i have time

Games like that one should be studied so you'll know what you did wrong. I think you were lost even before 43. h5. It's a great way to be introduced to the idea of zugzwang.

BTW, when I make a stupid move, I remind myself that Kramnik missed a mate in one.
