the lower your rating the more these people occur. There are three solutions.
A) report them and move on.
or
B) Get better at chess.
or finally
C) play quicker time controls where it isn't an issue.

It's just something you have to deal with when you play chess on the Internet. Block the person and move on.
It's a type of thing at chess.com here, usually i just ignore it because i also do things on my other tabs.
But in your case, if you are only focusing in your chess game i suggest 3|0 blitz, it takes less time to wait (90 seconds, rather than 150 seconds in 5|0).
