During a blitz game I lost a rating point. My opponent played white, but didn't move and timed out. To my surprise, I lost a rating point!???

This only happens when you’re a repeat disconnector

Yes, I saw this afterwards, but during the game I was waiting for half a minute for my opponent's move. I know how it works by know, after a few thousand blitz games. My connection was excellent and I never disconnect on purpose during a game. I hate it when other players do that.
