Chess.com specifically, I got as low as 650 in 2017 in bullet once.
In USCF, my lowest was my first rating ever, 307. My lowest FIDE rating was 1414.

bullet and blitz keeps tilting but rapid is doing fine, i tilt a bit and the next day gain like 20
