I'm not staff. I'm just a moderator. I don't agree at all with mocking a person's country (in fact, I'd dearly love to visit the Balkans) but I'm not sure it's racism or rises to the level of taking action (although it could at some point).
Perhaps ignoring the nonsense and focusing on positive things might be a good path to follow?

Actually he wasn't. He asked, presumably as a joke, if Macedonia was located anywhere near Uchisar Castle (shown in the photo) and because those Castle remains are full of holes, he was joking about Hobbits living there. Uchisar Castle is in Turkey, not Macedonia.
