Magnus Carlsen RETIRING?
I heard Wesley slipped Maurice a couple grand to unbalance, "tick" Magnus off.
Players are beginning to see that Magnus' dethronment begins with making him reach his breaking point.
Maybe it's like Kasparov - making him lose against Deep Blue. Now people are trying to exploit Magnus' weak spot -- his temper.

unfortunately, he was with Liv Tyler in Washington and he just started playing chess with guys in the park. so unfortunately it looks like his transition to acting in the next universal soldier films is on ice. looks like he is bored with chess and bored with just about everything in general.

probably a prearranged game, kramnik who is so knowledgeable about openings completely missed the From Gambit and it just ended up a Dutch reversed and krammo blundered into a lost ending .... just weird.

I guess all my wins with it are just flukes then, you seem so much more knowledgeable than me micky, AGAIN! did i offend you in a past life or something ?
are you ever aware of when someone is not being entirely serious ?
Given that Magnus Carlsen's career seems to be in crisis, in light of his recent erratic behaviour, what month this year does everyone anticipate he will officially retire?
His play has been very inconsistent and it looks as though Wesley So will overtake him some time in the next few months. A few days ago he lashed out at Maurice Ashley when pressed on his strange play. There are YouTube videos of Magnus Carlsen having a "spaz" moment when he loses drawn or won positions.
Thoughts?
