He blundered badly, but his position wasn't good. Factly, he even misplayed an opening which he is supposed to know very well.

it's not like it was a "blunder" you would see in an enthusiast blitz or bullet game. like someone making a one move attack on the queen and the other person letting it hang. I've seen far worse blunders than that made by GMs.

for a 2800 player it actually was like a move blunder in my opinion.
