Master Games in the "Learn" section of chess.com

Hello,

I am still getting used to the new Chess.com site and it's features.  I noticed that there is a section called "Games" in the Learn tab of the site.  This is the same tab that tactics would be accessed.   I am wondering what the importance is of these games.   There seems to be only a limited number of them and none of them are annotated and don't reflect specific motifs etc. .  Is there something I'm missing?   What is the point of these games?

Not sure but looks just like a way to look up specific games of master players.

Once again.... there are only a few games that you can chose from and there is no way to "look up" games from a specific person, that I can see.   Anyone else have any thoughts?

Thanks!!

There are three search fields. The top by opening, one for the white player and one for black. I just did two searches successfully, using the white player option.

It's a reference for openings and continuations, I think.  If you like Caro-Kann, you can look up all master games that opened with CK. You can see how a master played the opening you are interested in, and what might happen.

If you want to see how Fischer played against the Caro, you can, or if you want to see how he played the Caro, you can specify that ( they don't have any games with Fischer on the Black side of the Caro).

You can look up a player to see all the games in the db, just put their name in either the White or Black search field.

My goodness... I neglected to see the search feature on the side of the games.  Thanks Martin and Fuzzbug!!
