So my friend and I did some testing, and +99 was the maximum we could get. Has anyone ever gotten higher?
The method we used was white sacrificed a bishop for black to get pawns on b7, b6, and a6 for a "Shell", and black's knight moves back and fourth to prevent stalemate. We also sacrificed 3 of blacks pieces to "lift" the white pawns on a2 and b2, so they could also promote.
Note: Somehow black had higher accuracy
