If your opponent doesn't want to draw, then all they have to do is not play the drawing strategy.
However, if this is a rated game, intentionally playing to lose would be unethical and against chess.com fair play policy.
One solution might be to play the current game to its normal finish, then, in a non-rated game you and your opponent could play from any position you wanted (such as the current one) in whatever way you wanted.
I have a very good game that is just entering the EndGame.
I have a material advantage and in general a winning position.
However my opponent has a clear draw strategy that I cannot avoid.
Since the game is so good, my opponent doesn't want to draw but has no other way to continue the game.
Has anybody encountered a situation where they make an agreement, in order to change the course of the game?
I'm thinking in all types of games: tournaments, informal competitive, and plain friendly.
