No, it shouldn't. The same position never even appears twice let alone three times. Playing the move Qd8+ three times does not mean that the same position hs appeared three times...

30...Qc1+ is absolutely winning.

Sorry I meant to place the start at move 30 and I meant to play 33.Kh3 before making those notes in the first variation. I don't know how to edit it now, or if it's even possible.
