My 2019 summary

Alright, it's end of 2019, so I want to give a summary of how this year went for me in terms of my chess playing. I want to make a bunch of categories:

What was my best win?

Well, undoubtedly this one, in terms of my opponent's rating:

However, this game had a faster time control. What was my best win in a slow game (opponent's rating is irrelevent, only play quality matters)

I can think of a bunch of slow games that maybe could win this. Here are a few-

But what was my worst defeat? This is an easy one to answer- 

And the worst move I played this year? Another no-brainer- hanging a rook for no reason.
