my dog died a a few week ago, tried playing chess

I'm a terrible player and chess and grief don't mix.  You'll lose more games than usual but somehow it matters less, puts it all into perspective.

in my life I've lost many pets . . .

I've taken some to the shelter but didn't have the heart to leave them. Especially one who was blind and he laid his head on my lap on the way to the pound. I took him home to die there.

Get another puppy you will love it . . .

My present puppy CRAZY GIRL . SHE IS NOW 14 years old . . .

I am sorry for your loss. Losing a dog is hard.

Sorry for your loss. I've been through it several times. Adopt another dog, if possible from a local pound or animal rescue center.
