I imagine he'll don the GM title once he gets the required norms.
Some strong players skip past the lower titles and don't bother claiming them along the way, because they know they're strong enough for the higher ones.

They don't have a tittle cuz they aren't verifyed they will most likey get cought for cheating to get to that elo, usally if you find someone that high elo without a tittle there hacking just report them to help chess.com find cheaters, there anoying anyway

Doesn't matter, he isn't 3000 online. There are several thousand players with 2500 rating and his blitz isn't even 2400. He's also 17, almost the same age as Gukesh.
