Well if you forget to wear a seatbelt once its not really a big deal I forget to wear my seatbelt all the time. Crashing a car is something that rarely happens however if you blunder most of the time your opponent will be able to take advantage of it.
my opinion on meaning of blunder,inaccurate and mistakes

I use visual as as a tool for chess moves
BLUNDER : Imagine Driving a car with no seat belt is a BLUNDER , if your in an major accident ,it maybe fatal or you will be disabled the rest of your life and in a chess game!
MISTAKE: You drive a car and forgot to wear seat belt properly ,you wrap it around your arm or neck,not across shoulder and body,you survived,but have major injuries , and in chess game!
Inaccurate :You drive a car , you wear your seat belt properly and seat belt prevented major injuries when you go thru stop sign,possibly minor only,because your not paying attention to road while texting on your phone,you are lucky this time,but not next time also in chess !

Dont text,talk,drink do drugs or play chess while your driving please!!!
