The entire Milky Way Galaxy is moving (relative to the CMB, the Cosmic Microwave Background radiation) at about 2.1 million km/hr in the general direction of the boundary between Leo and Virgo.

So pardon me if I'm not very impressed by somebody doing 110 mph in his car.
