This guy in my tournament did not even complete a single game (of the tournament) my tournament is so long 65% of the tournament is one he is the only one who is doing it and he had vacation time for four weeks!
Put this in the Online tournaments section or the help and support section not general chess discussion.

If you don't want the chance of that happening, you should make no-vacation tournaments.
Unless a member is using vacation to prolong hopelessly lost games, there's not generally anything that will be done in such a case. If you open a ticket, staff may contact the member to request they play or resign; though, that's something you could do as well.

By the way it's already solved. He said that he didn't no how to turn it off. So I told him how to do it

You don't have to do anything special to turn it off. Just moving in a game that's on vacation will do it
