My wifi stopped for 30s and they say I lost

Why wont chess.com increase the time it takes before abandoning, not so ong ago my wifi stopped for like 30s in a game i was completely winning as you can see and they say i abandoned the game why wont they increase the time to a minute and 30s, everyone can wait a minute for their opponent. This is truly not fair and it makes me feel pain cause it has happened on several occasions which resulted to tilt and huge rating loss
