My World Chess Championship Match Idea

My guess is that the OP wants a WCC match with 24 classical games and no rest days. Since he doesn't mention a potential 25th day (for tiebreaks), I will further suppose that he desires a revival of the old tradition in which the reigning world champion retains his title after a 12-12 match result.
Set up 24 boards. Both sides get 12 of each color. Players may not appear simultaneously at the same board. Players will get 24 days to complete all games.

Do you mean the players are "allowed not to appear simultaneously" at the same board, or that they are "not allowed to appear simultaneously"? There's a profound difference which goes well beyond mere semantics.
Either way, other questions abound. For example, what sort of permission would the players have [or need] to leave the playing area? What opportunities would participants (including the arbiters, of course) receive for eating, sleeping, etc.? And is the time control 24 days per side, or 24 days total (which should imply 12 days per side)?
