Need Help about membership

I bought a Chess.com membership (Gold) and I bought it for 1 year. It was meant to renew at April 10th, 2022 but today 15 hours ago, I got a message from chess.com saying I need to renew it?????

They've removed gold idk why someone help me.

You should write to support@chess.com to get that straightened out.
