needs help please!! - (Missing Pieces)

hi, guys anybody had the problem with a missing pieces in your chessboard monitor usually the 2 horse. when i play using my laptop window vista it has always has a missing pieces. if i play on the internet cafe no problem i could see all the pieces on the board. i try to add all the plug in that think is missing in my pc but still not working. pls help !! thanks

thanks guys, for your reply but Try tutorials guide for missing pieces that Ctrl+F5 does work. anyway thanks
