I am new to chess. One day I randomly downloaded a chess app, and i instantly got hooked. I am wondering about how I can truly improve to the point when I can play good chess in tournament play. I'm not asking about rapid improvement, I am willing to put in the hours. Right now i'm limited to a small board and a macbook and a small budget.
