No Chess Board Displaying! I tried using firefox and google chrome it doesn't work on both. It just shows the connectivity status and that's it. I have updated my java and still didn't work. HELP!!!

I also posted this problem "blank screen" and just like your post, a few responded with same problem. So far, no one responded with an answer nor a solution. I suspect an isolated incident but seems like it's spreading out. I hope site technicians would be able to address and correct problem.

I have seen other topics with the same issue but it does appear to be isolated though it isn't clear why it is happening to some people but not others. I know that everything loads fine for me across a number of different devices and browsers, which would lead me to believe it isn't browser related.

 

Of course, since I'm premium, I can't mimic a basic member so maybe something in the advertisement code may be causing issues for some people.

I have the same problem, cant see the board but can hear the first move. Tried with Chrome also but the same.

i can play live daily but  i can't play live chess 1m etc

Same problem. Live chess link page displays nothing except a brown background. This happened first on regular chrome. Incognito was still working but I just made a settings change to the board and then everything disappeared.

I have the same problem, I've logged a ticket and also posted on the forum about it but it's been days and nobody is responding.
