Maybe clear cache and restart things to be sure you have the fix in your phone or computer

 It's not working for me either. I use Chrome's 59.0.3071.115 version, and Firefox, also the last version

Cleared cache and restarted  but still have nothing but connectivity lines and first move. Filled out a ticket 2 days ago got a response that they are working on it.

Still not fixed for me. Using chrome 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit). Reload doesn't help.

Try deleting both cache/temp files and cookies. Also, for people with the problem, have you been accessing the site through the Facebook App?

Yeah, that is what I meant. Loading the site through FB has the problem but staff is looking into it.

I sent a ticket about the problem July 4 and they responded  on the 6th saying they are aware and working on it. The problem persists and I have tried everything that has been stated.

One solution is to clear cache and cookies, and only load the site through www.chess.com. You can still login using FB, if you are set up that way, but it shouldn't load in an i-frame so the issue shouldn't happen.
