It is possible you got disconnected. You can try a few things. Make sure you have the newest version of your browser, clear your cache, and disable Flash for the site.

The servers have no idea why you were disconnected. If you do not reconnect in time, it considers it an abandoned game
I play on mobile phone. I know what is real bad connection. There are 10 devices in my network. And after this i look at history of this guy and big percent of wins he wins by timeout. So if support does not want to work it will be closer to truth.
And even during this occasion when it showed me 170 sec left i open notebook and logined to chess.com. And there i haven't found this game and i can't continue it.
next one guy just now [public accusations not allowed -- MOD]. The asme situation. Chess.com says that i have no this game active. Left 18seconds

i've been having connection issues the past few weeks as have other users. It's definitely a problem with chess.com servers because my internet connection is working fine right now (as evidenced by my ability to post in this thread) but the live chess server disconnected me in the middle of a game and still unable to reconnect as of this moment.
It's the same here. lost connection to my game, and now I can't connect to their servers to resume the game or start a new one.
Their servers must be acting up.
u could add some additional routing points to the chess-servers, if there is a real disconnect problem in between this could help.
Also you could buy a new phone.
After this situation i have not found this game at my history as i have never played it
in the middle of the game i get a note "live chess server error"...and eventhough i had 55seconds...and my oppoonent had 15 seconds....and eventhough it wasnt my fault that livechess has problems with server ( i had perfect connection, and all my websites worked normal)....the livechess software....disabled me to play....and allowed my time to run out...and gave the win to other player.... after so many years...me and my friends are going of this cheating platform...we have noticed it many times...but this time we have recorded it with the camera...because it was a game that if i would win (AND I SHOULD if software wouldnt scam)...i would make highest career record...goodbye scamming livechess software

Sounds to me like the Live server had a problem and was restarted. Especially based on a couple of other posts in this topic. If that happens during the game, the game isn't recorded at all.
Today i play with guy and in one second it shows me no connection and i lose by timeout. But my Wi-fFi works and i even turn mobile to 3G network. But can do nothing. I think it is cheaters trick. Smbody knows what to do in this case?
