Nora-Bot...

I have heard many complaints about @Nora-Bot, A.K.A the engine that gives up queen and plays at 2200+ level. I was a 1600+, it was a 1300, and it still destroyed me. Today, its rating peaked what was once mine!!! i will destory it today. If you hate @Nora-Bot, crush it today.

yes, after nora bot sacs the queen, she plays very precisely, often gaining a higher accuracy than me

InclinedToBlunder

yes. have u ever lost to it tho?

Nora isn't too difficult; I even think Wally bot is more difficult as he's playthrough is consistently good/best moves. Chess.com must've changed her play style. I think trading early on and having a positional advantage in the endgame is the way to win. I traded my queen early and bishop/knights, enclosing myself in a barrier of pawns. In the endgame, it was just a pawn push and blocking off Nora's king.

I should note that I never play online, as I get too addicted to chess if I play a real person, so I've learned to understand how bots operate. It surely holds me back in progressing as a player, but that's alright with me. I'm uncertain of my ELO rating as I haven't played online for a long time. I don't use this acc much.

I've gone 2-5 against Nora-bot, both wins playing white, and opening with d4. In most of the games against it, it loses the queen in the middle game, but then continues very strong afterwards.
