Notification before game starts that game is being livestreamed.

I have just been matched against a streamer. The game started and I was not asked if I wanted to have my moves streamed. As I started the game before I noticed that the game was being streamed I had to resign the game, losing points.
I do not want to appear on anyone's livestream. Is there a way to not be matched against streamers, or at least be notified before the game starts?
