(Offensive) Nazi cross as user image

I want to report Nazi symbols.

I find this offensive and making it real hard to play in this site.  Can this player be banned?

I think the probably wouldn't ban them. They'd ask whomever to change their picture maybe but  that's even a maybe  as well. I understand the issue and fully agree that it's offensive. That said, looking at it from the other guys perspective, maybe he hates and finds Israel's flag to be offensive. You gotta think too, that symbol was used for thousands of years before Nazis adopted it and it was a peaceful symbolism. That's a tough one though. Have you asked them why they have it?

Yes.  you don't report by by starting a thread.  Report the user.  And there is no reason to block out the user name.  Expose him and report him.  No way that is allowed here.

There are lots of under-supervised crazy kids on this site.  Let it go and sooner or later (probably sooner) the kid will stop with the Nazi stuff (there's nothing good down that path).

Sure, but adults are usually smart enough to keep that kind of stuff behind closed doors.

There's this saying: Someone who wants to kill you won't threaten you, he'll just do it when you least expect it. Someone who's not sure about it will make all kinds of announcements.

Educate yourself, and research the history of that symbol.  Its actually a hindu symbol of peace.

Go to their profile page -- you'll see an option to "report" them, then fill out the form.  It's sad that the internet has become a place for spreading hate -- and that some members of this forum turned to excusing hate and trolling victims.  Chess should bring people together.

You should educate yourself.  That is a Nazi Swaztika.  Black, clockwise, on white circle with red background.  There is no debate about what that symbol is or what kind of sick scum of the earth would display it.    

You giving me "the finger" means nothing, because i dont take it the way you want me to.  Its a symbol, and as George Carlin said: "I leave symbols, to the symbol minded."

As suggested, use the 'report abuse' button or submit a ticket.  Swaztikas are verboten.
