Sure a pawn down is only 50% winning chance.
offering a draw
Worst thing is begging for a draw though... = many offers in a row. Extremely annoying.
I agree, repeated offers tend to become annoying; nonetheless, when I have the clear advantage, I just decline and make my next move. Although, by the third or fourth offer, I may have stopped smiling.
No need to decline a draw by clicking on the "Decline" button. Just make a move -- this automatically declines the draw.

Correct. The irony is when I'm playing, I tend to tune out the chat and keep my eyes on the board instead. Often, I'm not even aware that my opponent has been making multiple offers of a draw. I just make my moves unaware that I've negated the offers.
I gust agreed to a draw with another player, my first. I was in a take pawns mode with my queen, he just lost his first in a series. I saw that he had a perpetual check. I said I offer a draw because you have a perpetual check. He could have missed it, I don't know, he was slightly less in strength, and I felt it was fair, he played well, but if he missed it I would have an advantage. What are your thoughts?
I remembered a game when I was exchange down in absolutely unclear position, I offered draw and my opponent rapidly accept. I was happy... until I saw the computer analysis! Yah, I had decisive advantage (about -2.6)! My advice: look carefully your game before asking for a draw!...
