Might as well play the BDG against 1...d5. It's not entirely sound, but since you're already playing wacky gambit lines, why not give it a punt?
opening repertoire for white
Good stuff as far as I can tell.
Slight variations in choice for me:
1.e4 vs e5 : I'm playing the Scotch Gambit, though I'm already shocked at the level of theory in certain lines.
I also play the IQP (Panov, Montecarlo) vs the Caro/French. I use 2.c3 vs. Sicilians.
To your questions : Yes, you need something prepared against the Pirc/Modern....something with low theory would be a Mad Dog attacking system such as described here http://www.kenilworthchessclub.org/games/java/mad-dog/B07-Nxd4.htm
Consider Bb5+ against 2...Nf6 Scandinavians ... annoying as hell for most players as Black. Find something good to use against the Qxd5 Scandinavian.

please let me know what you think of my opening repertoire for white.
i play 1. e4:
i'm trying to keep my openings similar, and i'm looking for open, attacking games.
i've just focused on the main openings so far. i haven't really looked into 1...d6, 1...g6, 1...Nf6, and 1...d5 (all in response to 1. e4). are these popular enough that i should be worrying about them as well?
