As long as Black's King stays in the corner, rather than voluntarily moving away from corner, it is a dead Draw. If Black did not have any pawns in this position, we have classic case of Bishop and wing Pawn whose queening square is NOT same color as Bishop -- therefore a Draw ! The Queening square has to be same color as Bishop for "easy" win. Otherwise the way to win, which you can not force here, is to prevent Black from getting to corner.
