today it is 30 degrees celcius (86 fahrenheit) in denmark.
that makes me wonder if playing chess should be avoided if it is too hot - cause I think it must lead to more blunders.
I think I have read somewhere that the brain cannot operate 100% if it is warmer than 25 celcius (77F) - but I cannot find the source.
Bent Larsen lost games to Bobby Fischer because it was too warm. So it obviously affects grandmasters as well.
