Sorry I’m not as privileged as you
The only way to prepare for longer OTB time controls is to actually play them. And what i mean by OTB long time control is something along the lines of 40/2 G30. Playing 30 minute online games is not going to prepare you for sitting at a board for 4+ hours. I have seen people try to do it. Al they end up doing is moving fast, losing, getting frustrated, and never playing OTB again.
Now if you plan on playing in 1 day OTB tournaments where the time control's are faster, then yes. Playing G30 online is fine.

Yes I know I play like 60 d/5
also i feel like when i do long time controls i get bored thats why i play quick
Then you're not going to enjoy playing in an OTB long time control tournament. All you're going to do is move fast, blunder, get frustrated, and quit. Online speed chess doesn't require a lot of "investment" besides your time. Preparing for and playing OTB chess tournaments requires dedication, commitment, time, energy, focus, and enjoyment.
In OTB play you dont hear people complaining about how they "tilted".
