Overrated?

So today I played a game against a 1604, and the game ended in 6 moves with me winning. I was playing white, so here's the game. 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Qf6 3. d4!? d6!? 4. dxe4!? dxe4 5. Bg5 Qb6?? 6. Qd8#. I never saw any 1300, let alone a 1600 make such a blunder like that, making me think the person I played against was overrated. Does anyone agree with me?

Sometimes kids play on parents' computer!  If you think beating him makes your rating too high, maybe you post to ask for a decrease?  IDK, or just just ELO take care of it naturally (although you may suffer a few defeats).

maybe he was having a bad day, or was hungover or something!

I have beaten players rated much higher than me about as easily. I chalked it up to uncharacteristic blunders!

Sometimes you just blunder. And just when I think I've discovered all the ways to blunder, I come up with a new one...
I've moved a piece, saw immediately it was the wrong move and before I confirmed it, my phone slipped and I caught it by the confirm button. Saved the phone but lost the game, so overall still a good thing.
I've come back to a game knowing what my next move was to be, except I forgot we weren't there yet.
You name it, I've blundered it.
And some people are overrated, I've been there too. I don't have all that many games played, so my rating changes a lot, and it's definitely gotten too high when I won a few games that I didn't think I would or should have won.
Like mgx says, ELO will catch up sooner or later.

1. What time control was it? 2. They were probably drunk, tired, distracted or something else. I personally make dumb blunders all the time.
